Solution
Laravel 13 on Octane with Horizon, Cashier (Stripe), Sanctum, Fortify, and passkeys powers tenant APIs, subscriptions, and audit trails. Bunny CDN stores lesson media; Laravel AI drives chat, tests, and grading workflows. Nuxt 4 delivers a marketing site with API-driven pricing and FAQs, plus SPA consoles for platform admins, academy operators, students, parents, and resellers — including TipTap-based course building, certificate verification, and integrations with the Tooty Academy course catalog.
